Easy Nourishing Passionfruit and Mango Smoothie Recipe
Come summer and we welcome a variety of fruits that await to tingle our taste buds. Juicy oranges, fleshy jack fruit, zingy passion fruit and the king of fruits- mangoes vie for our attention. Our two absolute favorites, mango and passion fruit are packed with important vitamins, antioxidants & minerals. Moreover, they play an important role in boosting our immunity, improving eye & skin health & boost energy levels. Therefore, we love making this easy passion fruit & mango smoothie every summer.
We also indulge in some mango love by enjoying them in various ways. Eat them whole with juice dripping down our chins, add them to our salads, pickle them or churn them with yogurt to make mango lassi
Passion fruit, on the other hand has an exotic tart taste with edible black seeds. In addition, the iron & fiber content in passion fruit is note worthy. Now, how about combining the heavenly taste of both these fruits to create an easy passion fruit & mango smoothie.

Ingredients:
- 1 peeled & diced mango
- 2 passion fruits
- 2-3 ice cubes
- 1 cup coconut water
- sugar to taste
- pinch of Himalayan pink salt
Method:
- Add diced mango to blender
- Cut passion fruit in half & scoop out the flesh carefully & add.
- Add coconut water, ice, sugar & salt
- Blend till smooth.
- Pour into chilled glasses & serve
Note: You can also use 1/2 a ripe banana instead of sugar to sweeten
