Ingredients to make two glasses:
- 250 ml milk/almond/soy/coconut milk.
- 5 fresh figs, washed & patted dry
- 2 medium sized ripe bananas
- Honey to taste
- Vanilla essence
Method:
- Rinse and chop fresh figs & add to a smoothie mixer or grinder.
- Peel and chop bananas & add to the blender. Moreover, you can also add seasonal fruits like strawberries to the smoothie.
- Add choice of milk
