Ingredients to make two glasses:
  • 250 ml milk/almond/soy/coconut milk.
  • 5 fresh figs, washed & patted dry
  • 2 medium sized ripe bananas
  • Honey to taste
  • Vanilla essence 

Method:
  1. Rinse and chop fresh figs & add to a smoothie mixer or grinder.
  2. Peel and chop bananas & add to the blender. Moreover, you can also add seasonal fruits like strawberries to the smoothie.
  3. Add choice of milk
