Negroni Cocktail Recipe
Gin has become Urban India’s new favourite drink. I personally like gin as it’s a light drink which is great given our weather conditions and its flavourful profile defined by its botanical infusions makes it versatile for cocktails.
Negroni is a simple and balanced cocktail invented in 1919 by Count Negroni who asked to add a touch of gin rather than soda to his Americano (Campari soda) and has long been a favourite among gin cocktails. So yes this cocktail is an adaptation of the Americano but more aromatic. Best enjoyed before dinner, a Negroni is easy to whip up at home and all you need are the following three ingredients in equal parts (30 ml).
1. Campari
2. Gin
3. Red Vermouth
Method:
1. Pour ingredients into an old fashioned glass filled with ice cubes.
2. Stir well.
3. Garnish with an orange slice or orange peel.

I just love trying new cocktails when I travel, although I try to make them at home, it's not easy to replicate the taste, but still, I try following the recipe. By the way, thanks for this recipe. Trying this weekend.
