Take one cup full-fat yogurt & whisk it a little. Add a pinch of Himalayan pink salt & pepper powder. At last, adjust the heat by adding little chili powder or hot chilli sauce. Mix well and serve chilled.

Finely grate about 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese using a grater. If using a food processor blitz gently so that the cheese crumbles. Meanwhile, chop two garlic pods. Add to the food processor/mixer along with one cup basil leaves, three cups spinach, 1/2 cup cashew nuts & little olive oil. Process gently to achieve chunky consistency. Thereafter add lemon juice, salt & pepper to taste & process again. Scoop the dip & adjust seasonings. Finally, add more olive oil before serving.

Tangy Tamarind Dip

Ingredients:
1/4 cup tamarind paste
1/2 cup hot water, divided
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon ketchup
2-3 pan roasted garlic
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Soak 1/4 cup tamarind in 1/2 cup hot water. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes. Thereafter, break the paste a little with a spoon. Extract thick tamarind paste with help of a strainer. Take care to remove any skin or fibers. Soak the pulp again in little more hot water. Strain. Finely grate one small piece of ginger & add. Mince two garlic pods & add to the mix along with one teaspoon sugar. Add salt to taste. Lastly, add tomato chili ketchup & mix. If using, regular tomato ketchup, add chilli powder for added zing. 

Tandoori Yogurt Dip

Easy to make, this dip adds extra flavor.

Take one cup hung curd or Greek yogurt. Add finely chopped 1/3 cup tomatoes & 1/2 cup onions. Now add one tbsp tandoori masala. Adjust salt & sugar to taste. Mix well. Lastly, serve the dip garnished with chopped coriander.

Fresh Dill & Yogurt Dip

Commonly, known as shepu or suva, fresh dill leaves have many health benefits. Here is an easy Indian dip recipe made with dill leaves.

Finely chop about 1/2 cup dill leaves. Take one cup hung yogurt & add the chopped leaves. Using hung yogurt ensures a creamy consistency. Now add 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste & mix. Add salt & pepper to taste. Mix well & serve chilled.
