The Chaat Festival menu features famous street flavors of Delhi. We started with Dahi Bhalla- lentil dumplings marinated in sweet yogurt, garnished with spices & Rajasthani masala. The taste of sweet yogurt complimented the spicy & tangy coriander & tamarind chutneys.
Next, Kaliram special Matar Kulcha, arrived hot! Tangy & thick white chickpeas curry served with soft savory flat bread, perfectly complimented the weather.
The flavorful Delhi Kolkatta Mail Golgappe, reminded us the unbeatable popularity of this favorite street food snack.
In addition, the Nawabi tikki soon became a second favorite with hot crisp aloo tikkis topped with spicy white chickpeas curry & flavorful chutneys.
Finally, we ended our experience with Delhi Wala Papdi Chaat. A popular street food delicacy made with savory, crunchy fried papdis (flat puris) topped with cubed potatoes, lip-smacking chutneys, yogurt & spices.
