Matcha Cocktail Recipe
Wicked Spoon Confessions brings to you a signature recipe for TaMatcha - a rum based "Root To Fruit Cocktail" courtesy The Fatty Bao. "Root To Fruit Cocktail" follows the garden to glass concept where cocktails are created with house-made syrups & different parts of plants like flowers, seeds, leaves, roots, stems and even the pods.

Ingredients:
- White rum - 60 ml
- Matcha syrup - 60ml
- Basil - 4 leaves
- Lime juice - 15 ml
- Soda - to top
- Ice
- Basil sprig - to garnish
Method:
- Fill a roly-poly glass or an old-fashioned glass with ice.
- Smash 4 basil leaves between your palms and add into the glass.
- Add the matcha syrup, white rum and lime juice.
- Stir well until mixed and top with soda.
- Garnish with a sprig of basil.
